Perhaps some people are beginning to yearn for the simpler life …the years before having hundreds of apps on our telephones and being in constant contact with everyone.
(Remember the time when it was thought that emails were becoming addictive? )
If you have thought about ‘detoxing’ your life on your cell telephone, there is a great article with simple -to- follow measures to help. The article is: Tired Of Your Smartphone? This ‘Dumb Phone’ Only Calls, Texts - It also has an alarm and contacts feature but that's about it! by Kaitlin Gates March 7, 2018 *
What was amazing to me were some cell telephone usage statistics, for example- that people ‘touch’ their cell telephone an average of 2,617 times per day (2016 statistic).
A piece of advice from the article…” When you find yourself grabbing your phone for no reason other than boredom, put it down and do something more productive”
Another hint was to delete apps that are not useful, thus saving battery life.

Why am I writing about saving time (or wasting less valuable time)?
The answer is that the more productive time you have, the more likely that you will find the time to work on: your goals for the future ; your plans for a comfortable retirement and your issues of inheritance and estate planning.
